Refund policy

General Returns:

• We accept returns of unused, unworn, and tagged items in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase. 

Non-Returnable Items:

• Customized items, final sale products, and earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene concerns.

Damages and Quality Issues:

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us right away with photos via email:  info@elegantenvy.com.co. We will arrange a free replacement.  

Cancellations and Refunds:

• Cancellations may incur bank transaction fees, and shipping fees may also apply if they have already been incurred.
• For customized items, cancellations may result in material and processing fees.
